Where is your product made?

All our Nats® creams are made in Barcelona with local dried fruitsfrom different parts of Spain. When using chocolate we find fare-trade providers from chocolate making countries like Peru. Fun fact: Natali, Nats® founder is from Lima, Peru. 

Why does Nats® come in a tube? Can you recycle it?

When perfecting the product, Natali tested different formats and ended up using an old Agave tube to take her first batches everywhere and loved it! She decided to go with a 100% recyclable plastic tube to avoid using aluminum.
Yes, it is 100% recyclable!

My Nats® is a bit stiff, what should I do?

Because our products have no added oils or emulsifiers they can sometimes harden a bit during the colder months. If this happened to you just place it close to your radiator for a bit or in warm water and shake, shake, shake so it comes back together. 

Is your product vegan?

Yes! Nats® only uses one indredient with no added sugar or additives. (Except when we mix them with chocolate, of course!)

I put my shipping address wrong! What should I do?

If we’ve already sent you a tracking number, your best bet is to reach out directly to the carrier and request an address change. 

If you recently placed your order, just send us an email at natali@nutsnats.com and we will try to help you make the change before your product ships out!

How long will it take till I receive my order?

Please allow 1-2 days for order processing and an additional 3-6 business days for shipping, depending on your location. We assure you that we try our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible!

Do you ship outside Europe?

Not yet! For now we’re only issuing orders inside Europe. We hope to send our products to the rest of the world soon! Follow us on Instagram for updates.
